Terraqua grow coir pallets in our own Surrey nurseries.
Our ‘best in market’ coir products are pre-planted with only indigenous UK wetland plants and grown at our Kingfisher nurseries under natural conditions and free from herbicides.
Coir pallets offer a cost-effective natural solution to establish marginal aquatic vegetation and can be used in several applications protecting against erosion and assist in the creation of wetland habitats. Coir pallets quickly establish aquatic plants in the area and increase biodiversity of sites by providing habitat for a number of ecologically key species.
Coir pallets can be supplied un-planted and then planted on site, or supplied pre-planted with mature native wetland plants. Standard plant mixes are available from stock all year round or specialist mixes can be grown to a client’s specification on request.
Terraqua ES offer a complete consultancy, design and construction service covering all types of aquatic environments including rivers banks, canal banks, tidal estuaries, lakes and pond margins and wetland habitats.
